also i got a chance to meet and chat with these lovely dreamboats Martin Courtney and Matt Mondanile from Real Estate.
they were super nice and friendly and awkward in a sweet way - not the ~aloof kind of awkward that kind of made you want to go home and cry like that one time when this thing happened.
Real Estate is the best, you guys.
